Abigail Williams graduated American Institute of Massage in 2014 and has since made a career working with athletes and in the medical field. She specializes in working with children, with athletes during training, in rehab and performance, and with chronic pain. She joined Lotus in 2020. Her classroom style emphasizes kinesiology, anatomy, and Thai stretching. She’s a mom of three boys and has a Yorkie. In her free time, she gardens and is a runner.
